Comfortable room, friendly staff, the hotel is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from the Mall of Sofia, and the breakfast offered a great variety including delicious local dishes.

Quite good room for great rate and great city center location. Nearby sights, groceries, restaurants and transit. Staff very helpful and nice.
The concert hall across the street (frontside) could be noisy for some - but this is a city hotel kind of location.

It was in a fairly good location for sightseeing. Breakfast was good.
The room I stayed in had an obvious "mold stain" around the heating/air conditioning unit. Luckily for me, the weather was very moderate and I didn't have to turn the unit on.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation.
I was disappointed with the breakfast selections. They quickly ran out and weren't replenished. The spa was quite limited, with only a small jacuzzi available. The lack of complimentary upgrades left me feeling undervalued as a guest.

Very central for a walkabout, shopping and sightseeing. Good for an overnight stay and taxi to airport. I would stay again.
Not enough tea, coffee etc in the room but otherwise no complaints.

Absolutely subpar for such an acclaimed hotel. It was way too hot in the room and the breakfast was mid, not to mention the rude staff who seemed to have zero interest in our comfort. I expected a complimentary welcome gift, but all i received was disappointment. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

Modern room overlooking city. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Good service, parking nearby. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

The price and the location. The hotel is walking distance from the center of Sofia and from the huge Mall of Sofia.
Bathrooms are ridiculously small with no shower stall. On top of that, the shower head was slightly broken such that water sprayed out to the sides and soaked even more of the bathroom than otherwise was necessary, even without a proper shower stall. The hotel is on a very busy street so the noise is significant even late at night with windows closed.

This place suits me perfectly. I enjoy the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the spa lounge. The staff even helped with printing my tickets on my first stay. I'm returning for another weekend!
